Good Afternoon PARENT NAME,
 
I am writing to you in regards to STUDENT NAME in year 10 Digital Technology. Currently she is sitting on an E for the class.
 
STUDENT NAME, did hand up work for her first Summative task (A research task where the students needed to create a timeline based on 
significant moments in the history of computer systems.), but sadly it was incomplete with only one entry out of the required 
twenty on the time line. This was extremely disappointing as up until that point STUDENT NAME had been a stellar student who had not 
only completed all her work, but completed it to a high standard.
 
I hope to see improvements out of STUDENT NAME, and I am also willing to remark her assignment if she provides me with a completed version.
 
In the current topic we are working on STUDENT NAME has shown a decent understanding of the concepts being presented. A second summative 
will be coming up soon on this work.
